Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Formula: Boards & Subitems ("the App"), provided by Dmytro Hodun, trading as DeDmytro ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. What the App does
The App is a dashboard widget for monday.com that reads numeric values from boards you select, combines them using a formula you write, and displays the result. It is a display and calculation tool. It does not modify your data.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App within your monday.com account for as long as your installation and, where applicable, your subscription remain active. You may not copy, decompile, resell, sublicense or redistribute the App, or remove any proprietary notices from it.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
The App offers a free plan and a paid plan. All billing is handled by monday.com through the monday.com marketplace, under your agreement with monday.com. We do not process, collect or store payment information of any kind.
Subscribe, change plan or cancel through your monday.com account's billing settings. Refunds and trial terms are governed by monday.com's marketplace policies. If a paid subscription lapses, paid features stop working while the rest of the App continues to function on the free plan; your saved configuration is not deleted.
4. Your responsibilities
- Ensuring you have the right to access the board data you point the App at, and that your use complies with your organisation's policies and applicable law.
- Checking that your formulas express what you intend. The App calculates exactly what you ask it to; it cannot tell an intended formula from a mistyped one that still parses.
- Maintaining your own monday.com account, permissions and security.
5. Verify before you rely on it
The App is a convenience tool, not a system of record. Do not use its output as the sole basis for financial reporting, invoicing, compliance, payroll or any other decision with material consequences without independently verifying the underlying numbers.
6. Availability
The App runs inside monday.com and depends entirely on monday.com's platform and API being available. We do not control that platform and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the App, including changing or removing features, and will avoid breaking saved configurations where reasonably possible.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that its results will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including decisions made in reliance on figures it displayed.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you actually paid for it in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you use the free plan, to zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the licence in section 2 ends; sections 7, 8 and 10 survive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and the current version is always published at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, uninstall the App.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive a consumer of protections available under the mandatory law of their place of residence.
