Pricing
You pay for the seats on your monday.com account, and nothing else. There is no feature you have to upgrade to reach.
Free for accounts with up to 3 seats. Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial.
What you get
- Variables As many as you need, from any board, with sum, average, count, min or max, and an optional group filter.
- Subitem roll-up Aggregate a column across every subitem on a board.
- Formulas Combine variables with + - * / % and parentheses. Checked as you type, so a broken formula cannot be saved.
- Column types Reads number, formula and mirror columns, including linked and formatted values.
- Formatting Plain number, currency with any symbol, or percentage, with colour thresholds and a direction you choose.
How billing works
Billing runs through monday.com, on the same invoice as the rest of your account. We never see or handle your payment details. You can cancel from your monday.com billing settings at any time, and your saved widget configuration stays where it is.
The price scales with your account size, so smaller teams pay less. monday.com works out which band your account falls into and shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
A note on the free tier
Up to 3 seats is genuinely free, not a trial that expires. It is the same app, with the same features, including subitem roll-up. If your account grows past 3 seats you will be asked to pick a plan.
